text-indent: 35.4pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;\">2 &#8211; N\u00e3o ter participa\u00e7\u00e3o em outra empresa como s\u00f3cio titular;<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 35.4pt; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;\">3 &#8211; Ter no m\u00e1ximo um empregado contratado que receba o sal\u00e1rio-m\u00ednimo ou o piso da categoria<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 35.4pt; RG;<\/li><li>&#8211; CPF;<\/li><li>&#8211; T\u00edtulo de Eleitor;<\/li><li>&#8211; N\u00famero do \u00faltimo recibo para quem declara imposto de renda pessoa f\u00edsica;<\/li><li>&#8211; Comprovante de endere\u00e7o residencial\/comercial.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-1994\" aria-expanded=\"false\">Observa\u00e7\u00f5es<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-1994\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-1994\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"hidden\"><p><strong>Menores de 18 anos podem ser MEI?<\/strong><\/p><p>A idade m\u00ednima \u00e9 de 18 anos, por\u00e9m, poder\u00e3o registrar-se como MEI as pessoas maiores de 16 anos e menores de 18 anos legalmente emancipadas em cart\u00f3rio, que devem se preencher obrigatoriamente a Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Capacidade, na plataforma gov.br\/mei, com o seguinte texto: &#8220;Declaro, sob as penas da Lei, ser legalmente emancipado&#8221;.<\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Estrangeiros podem ser MEI?<\/strong><\/p><p>Apenas \u00e9 permitido a abertura do MEI para aqueles que possuem o Registro Nacional\u00a0de Estrangeiros (RNE) permanente e precisar\u00e1 informar:<\/p><ul><li>\u2013 Pa\u00eds de nacionalidade, conforme cadastro CPF;<\/li><li>\u2013 Dados de identifica\u00e7\u00e3o civil do estrangeiro, conforme cadastro da Pol\u00edcia Federal<\/li><li>\u2013 Valida\u00e7\u00e3o do tipo de documento e do n\u00famero de registro migrat\u00f3rio do estrangeiro.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-9d7297a elementor-section-full_width elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"9d7297a\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-899eb6c\" data-id=\"899eb6c\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Regras Atividades Permitidas Documenta\u00e7\u00e3o Necess\u00e1ria Observa\u00e7\u00f5es Regras 1 &#8211;
